Heze Chengchao Network Technology Co., Ltd. provides computer systems design, integration, and related consulting services (the Services). These include but are not limited to custom systems architecture, software integration, automation engineering, and technical consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any Services provided will be detailed in a separate agreement or statement of work executed between the Company and the client.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes an offer or commitment to provide Services to any particular party. All Service engagements are subject to mutual agreement, credit approval, and execution of a separate service contract.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited activities include:

Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

Clients are responsible for all taxes, duties, and government charges arising from their use of our Services, excluding taxes based on the Company's net income. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Heze Chengchao Network Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or from the use of the Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Website or receiving the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
